After-sales Commitment

After-sales commitment of the company is 7 days for refund, 15days for replacement, one-year maintenance, and national joint guaranty

1、7days for refund—refund within 7 days of purchase in the original place of purchase in case of any quality failure in the product itself;

2、15days for replacement—replace within 15 days of purchase in the original place of purchase in case of any quality failure in the product itself;

3、One-year maintenance—free maintenance for a year from the day of purchase without any charge except that of products overdue or with artificial damages and out of warrantee (charging standard refers to national regulations);

4、National joint guaranty—all the C’KING cell phones, wherever purchased, are expected to be served the same way in all the service points nationwide.
